• To date, the Helena Ptochia Foundation has raised and sent over $68,000 to the fistula hospital in Ghana.
• The fistula hospital in Ghana will cost $600,000 to build.
• We estimate that once built, the hospital will serve 1150 patients a year.
• In US dollars, a single fistula repair including the necessary 10-14 day post-operative care period costs $350-$400.
